We have a size conversion chart on every product page. If you feel unsure, or like you're in between sizes please email your measurements (bust, waist, hips & height) and the name of the pieces you're interested in purchasing to support@magic-curve.com. We love to offer you personalized guidance :)

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

If you realize that you ordered the wrong products before your order is shipped (before you receive your shipping confirmation email with a tracking number), please contact our customer support at support@magic-curve.com within 24 hours, and we’ll be happy to assist you with your request. However, once the goods have been shipped, it’s not possible to change your order from our end. Please contact our team at support@magic-curve.com once you receive the package so we can arrange a return delivery immediately. If the wrong products are returned to us unopened, unused, in perfect condition, and within 30 days of the original delivery, we will issue a refund as per your request. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
You have 30 days to return an order after receiving it.If you change your mind, or the product you received is not what you expected, please email support@magic-curve.com before returning the item. We will provide you with the address if your order qualifies for a return. The shipping costs for the return is covered by the customer. All sale items are final sale, meaning we do not offer returns or exchanges for these items. If you need assistance choosing the proper size please feel free to email us before ordering and we would be happy to help.If you have any questions, please contact us support@magic-curve.com.
If you wish to make a return or exchange, send us an e-mail containing your name, address, e-mail address, the order number and an explanation of which item(s) you'd like to return or exchange and why. Ship the items for return within 30 days of the date of the notification.You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged.If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.If the product is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product.
